Trisodium Phosphates is available in different forms and helps in softening the water and removes the soil content. Available in

TSP is a strong base and can cause severe eye damage and can burn unprotected skin.

Wear suitable clothing and eye protection. Keep away from skin and out of gloves.

Any foliage near where TSP is to be used should be soaked with plain water prior to the application of TSP, and rinsed down afterward. Be sure to read and follow all warnings on the product's packaging.

TSP is a very strong cleaner at the dilutions normally used, which vary from 1/2 cup TSP to 2 gal. warm water for "heavy duty cleaning"  to 1 cup TSP to 3 quarts warm water for "ridiculously heavy duty cleaning"  (source The Savogran Company).  For mildew killing, household bleach is added to the TSP/water mixture.  The recommended ratio is 1 part household bleach to 4 parts water.

Walnut shell grit is the hard fibrous product made from ground or crushed walnut shells. Walnut shells are all natural, 100% silica free making them an environmentally abrasive for delicate blasting processes. The gentle cleaning action cleans surfaces with damaging the underlying material.

RXSOL Turbo Cleaner Dry Walnut Shell is natural organic materials with controlled particle size used for cleaning blades of gas side of exhaust-gas turbochargers in modern diesel engines. The specific structure of RXSOL Turbo Cleaner Dry Walnut Shell is such that when injected by means of compressed air upstream in the gas side of the turbine it causes a slight abrasive action which maintains the turbine is always clean.

Once injected in the turbine RXSOL Turbo Cleaner Dry Walnut Shell burn and disappear into the atmosphere through the stack without causing any detrimental chemical reaction. Although that method is efficient it presents a number of drawbacks such as reduction of the rpm of the engine during the entire cleaning process, which causes a loss of speed. Descaling Scalefoe Compound has the ability to dissolve approximately 1.5kg of calcium carbonate scale per gallon in concentrated form. It does not need to be heated up during cleaning. The uniqueness of this Descaler allows you to clean some equipment while still in operation utilizing a minimum of your own personnel.

When the amount of scales increases, the contact area of scale and cleaner is very small and a longer time of dissolution is required. * Calcium sulfate cannot be dissolved by an acid cleaner.

RXSOL-16-1008-060 is a powerful dissolving agent of calcium carbonate. Therefore, it is better to use RXSOL-16-1008-060 to do circulating cleaning at an early stage before the scales build up and block the tube, or regular cleaning is recommended as well. It is impossible to do a circulating cleaning when the tube is completely blocked.
