Technical Specifications: As per IS 7532 called as Soft Soap
DRUM should be of 200 Kgs packages. 1 DRUM = 200 KG soap used for lubrication of chain conveyor.
Technical specification/composition :-
The expected composition of the product should be as follows:-
a. Fatty acid = 30 - 40%
b. Latent potassium hydroxide = 08 -10%
c. Free Potassium Hydroxide = 0.50% Max
d. Potassium Chloride = 1.00% Max
e. Potassium carbonate = 2.50% Max
f. Sodium Silicate = 0.10% Max
g. Sodium Sulphate = 0.20% Max
h. Water = 50-55%
i. Sulpho/Decreasing agent - NIL
