ALKAATUFF high foam alkaline formula makes unique among other marine cleaning detergents. Alkaatuff creates high dense foam with high-pressure machine which is helpful to apply to the vertical surface during hold cleaning operation. Alkaatuff contains high foam ingredients along with other surfactant composition, Its small qty can create high dense foam during application with the high-pressure machine.
Before use of Ship Polycoat hold block on ship hold surface area, Proper cleaning of surface area recommended, where Alkaatuff not only plays a role for cleaning but its alkaline nature formula neutralizing acidic residue created by cargo like sulphur, Salt, Coke etc...So we can say that Alkaatuff chemically perform dual mechanism - One side its High foam detergency nature cleans surface area including oil, powder, coke residue. On the other hand its alkaline nature formula resulting neutralizing effect on acidic residue which is formed by cargo component.
