DIP CLEANING: -
Small parts may be dipped in an open bucket or tank-containing RXSOL-18-1011 after dipping immediately removes the metals parts from bath. Finally wash the system with water on complete drying. Acid proof gloves should be worn during the operation.
Using Procedure:
WIPPING OR BRUSHING : - Large components may be wiped down Rags, Sponges, or Brushes soaked in RXSOL-18-1011 .Synthetic sponges & brushes should be checked for compatibility with RXSOL-18-1011 prior to use. A

And finally wash the system with water after 2-3 hours on black coating , incase where RXSOL-RC-1011/B dries leaving a coat of white sludge formation wipe out with a cloth and repeat the application then allow to dry. Again wash the system with water. The surface is now ready for primer.
