Liquid Sampler is a very useful and must wanted device in the chemical sector. Liquid Sampler is mainly a device made of stainless steal and is used to take out samples of chemicals or any solution of a certain viscosity.
This is a mechanism showing how ALL LEVEL LIQUID SAMPLER WORKS.
At the top of sampler, there is cover, which is having hinge, so that cover can be opened as flip.
At the bottom of sampler, there is non-return valve (Guided plate).
When we lower the sampler in tank, hydrocarbon will enter from bottom, and will come out from top.
We lower the sampler inside tank up to desired level, and pull the sampler out. This causes guided plate closes the bottom of sampler and act as non-return valve. In this way we receive spot sample.
