Water pipe Flushing and cleaning Step :
Step1 : Cleaning with Fresh water : first of all Fill the system with clean water, and circultate for 30 minutes then drain it completetly.
Then again refill with fresh water and run for 1-2 hrs thorugh CHILLED water pump, take sample and check the quality of water, it should be same quality as per contract requirment.
If found ok then DRAIN the water completely, with running PUMP, till water appears clean, CLOSE ALL THE DRAIN VALVE.
Step2 : After achieving the fresh clean water quality, Refill the system with Fresh Water then ADD RXSOL-43-4303-025 as oxide remover 5 Ltr for 1000 Ltr volume of water. Run recirulation pump for 12 - 30 hrs, Then FLUSH the system completely.
Step3 : Use Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor, Refill the system with fresh DI WATER and add 4-5 ltr RXSOL-40-2000-025 as corrosion inhibitor to maintain the minimum Nitrite level of 800 ppm. At initial stage may be more dose of RXSOL-40-2000-025 required to achieve the minimum nitrite level.
Step4 : Use Biocide RXSOL-40-4008-027 and repeat the dose every 2-3 month. Regular uses of RXSOL-40-4008-027 prevent the growth of Legionella, including species that cause legionellosis or Legionnaires' disease, most notably L. pneumophila, or Mycobacterium avium. The various Legionella species are the cause of Legionnaires' disease in humans and transmission is via exposure to aerosols—the inhalation of mist droplets containing the bacteria. Common sources of Legionella include cooling towers used in open recirculating evaporative cooling water systems, domestic hot water systems, fountains, and similar disseminators that tap into a public water supply.
