How to clean Pet Coke STAIN -
Coal and petcoke leaves stain, its removal is important task during hold cleaning operation. Our expert has 2 suggestion for removal of such stain from the surface.
1st one to use RX Tuff heavy-duty alkaline cleaner, which can apply as an emulsion, need time to take effect and are rinsed away with seawater. More than one application will be needed to remove stubborn stains.
2nd one solution is much more effective than 1st one step. Here our expert suggests using New ORG on the spotted area where the residue is tightly deposited on the surface. " New ORG -RXSOL-20-2020-025 " this product is specialized to react with oily residue where any alkaline cleaner fails to emulsify. Muriatic Acid plays a very important role in cement cargo hold cleaning.
Step 1
Spray muriatic acid on entire cement covered area.including sidewalk or driveway. Do not let the liquid content evaporate fully from the surface. Wait for a day with no wind so you do not run the risk of acid spatters. Follow the precaution instructions and guidance on how to mix it with water. In general, you must use a plastic bucket.
Step 2
Test the acid on an inconspicuous portion of the concrete to make sure it won't damage the surface.
Step 3
Dip the masonry brush into the bucket. Scrub it into the concrete. If the stains don't lift right away, dip the brush back into the bucket and apply some of the acid solutions onto the concrete. Let it sit on the stains for no more than five minutes. Then scrub the concrete again.
Step 4
Rinse the concrete thoroughly with cool water.
Precaution Ensure Your Safety :
Step 1
Wear a respirator, eye mask, face mask and strong rubber gloves. Put on old clothing that fully covers your arms and legs. Wear socks and old shoes or boots; never go barefoot while working with muriatic acid.
Step 2
Keep a pressure washer right next to your work area in case of accidental spills. You might substitute a hose for the pressure washer, but only if it has strong water pressure. You'll also need the pressure to dilute and wash away the acid when you're finished.
Step 3
Protect other parts near your work area since muriatic acid can damage, then cover these areas with a tarp.
Step 4
Keep flames, heat and sparks far away from the acid. Muriatic acid is not flammable, but it can form a flammable hydrogen gas if it comes into contact with metal.
Muriatic Acid comes in liquid form, While we have Muriatic acid in Gel - Viscous form which is resulting with the excess blend of surfactant and a thickening agent, which is not only increasing importance to use on the vertical surface where liquid use is not possible but also increasing cleaning action without smoke generation.
During uses of Muriatic Acid in liquid form, fumes are coming, which is creating the problem for handling personnel and liquid phase of muriatic acid can't be used properly on the vertical surface. While viscous muriatic acid is free from fumes and easy to apply on vertical surfaces.
Multi Clean Tank Wash Detergent Using-Procedure:-
First of all flush the system with cold water to prevent evaporation rates and polymerization then the most economical method is by direct injection followed by recirculation washing, using tank cleaning machines.
Spraying Method:- Spray onto areas where residue remains following rough washing leave for 10-45 minutes (but do not allow to dry), then butterworth at maximum pressure and warm water 60oC for at least 3 hours, checking that there is no foam remaining in the final stages. Inspects tanks(s) and if desired result has been achieved fresh water rinse and dry.

Injection Method:- Not applicable.
Re- Circulation Method:- Fill tank with fresh water and heat up to warm 50oC . IF a drop line is available on the tank line system, then start to circulate the water and add the required amount of Caustic flakes and MULT CLEAN to make a 2.5% solution. A stronger solution can be made, but be advised that too much Caustic and too high temperature will result in white powder all over the tank. Under normal circumstances, between 2.5% and 4.5% will be sufficient strength. If there is no drop line, then lower butterworth hoses into the tank from the pump stack header without machines attached and circulate through these hoses while you fill the solution material.
The strong emulsifier with mild alkaline effects makes multiclean a unique tank cleaner.
