Nitrite Level 1200 to 2000 ppm

Nitrite Level range in the cooling system is 1200 - 2000 PPM NO2. The experiment shows that to avoid any corrosion and cavity nitrite level always should be maintained above 1200 PPM. The initial dosage of Cooltreat is 6 ltr for every ton of cooling water can result in this level.  Various Experiment also shows that presence of bacterial contamination in water cooling system also lowers the results of Nitrite LEVEL

Is Condensate control is easy to use?

RXSOL-50-5005-025 condensate is tested for PH to determine the dosage level. The PH limits are 8.3 - 9.0 . For an average system e. g. 10-M3, the dosage is approximately 0.65 ltr / day .

The necessary amount of Condensate Control - Condensnol amine RXSOL-50-5005-025 is required or injected as frequently as to maintain the pH of the condensate at the main condensate pump outlet between 8.6-9.5 .  The amines pass over with the steam and have the dual function of elevating the pH of the steam/condensate and putting a protective micro film on the system pipe work. Acidic condensate is the result of carbonic acid (H2CO3) being formed as CO2 is released in the steam.Condensate prevents corrosion by carbonic acid on live systems. Its filming properties also reduce corrosion on shut down lines, when moisture and oxygen are present.

Condensate control cuts down such formation and facilitates in maintaining favourable environment for metalic parts. The dosage of condensate control depends on the aggregate carbonic acid content and should be added till the point the pH range is 8.3 to 9.

How to use Condenser Coil Cleaner?

Use Instructions of Condenser Coil Cleaner -
1. Protect eyes and skin with appropriate safety items.
2. May be used with unit on or off.
3. Use low pressure spraying tank.
4. Mix one part RXSOL Coil Cleaner to Four parts water.
5. Spray this Cleaner solution into coils and allow approximately a ten minute contact time for best results. Condensate will rinse coils. Rinse filters with clean water.
