· Is this chemical environment safe, can we dispose as like of water in the dump or flush ponds?

Ans : Exact cleaning time can be calculated, by getting counter sample of scale from your end. We can do in our LAB scale dissolving experiment. THis will not only help to evaluate timing, but also helps to get required qty for this project.

Ans : RXSOL ORG-4 is compatible with CARBON STEEL, Chemically this is not reacting with steel. And we are supply and exporting this product for various industries and its application.

Ans : RXSOL ORG-4 is compatible with Sodium Sulphite and Cobalt Sulphate, Only extra ALKALINE materials can't be use with RXSOL ORG-4

Ans : RXSOL ORG-4 can be neutralized at end point and in storage area, before disposal.

How to protect cast iron in diesel engine cooling systems, By using RXSOL 2000 Antiscalant Corrosion Inhibitor?
In cases where systems are contaminated with oil and/or scale they should be cleaned before starting to apply RXSOL 2000 .There are suitable RXSOL BRAND products to carry out the cleaning. Degreasing should be carried out using RXSOL 2000 and descaling by using RXSOL 2000.

METHOD OF USE
1. Properly clean the system with water and alkaline liquid, if necessary.
2. Add 0 .15-1.5 % of Rxsol -2000 in system or recommended Nitrite level 1400 – 2500 ppm can be measured and controlled by any standard RXSOL test kit for Nitrite, Chloride test also helps to detect excess contamination to maintain accepted levels . When the product is dosed as recommended limit By buffering action of RXSOL - 2000 , pH should be maintained between 8.3 and 10 by the treatment.
NOTE ::: Engine cooling system should be drained, flushed and if necessary chemically cleaned with (Aluminum & Metal Cleaner) for to remove old rust and scale deposits, before treatment with RXSOL 2000.
If we can understand the composition of petcoke, then its cleaning becomes easy and smooth. Chemically PET coke is heavy oil residue in solid form, So for cleaning of heavy and hard deposition of petcoke, its softness must be required. Coldwash HD ( For better result can be used more powerful product RXSOL ORG3 ) easily penetrate in PET COKE residue and its cleaner, emulsifier and much more reacts with coke deposition to make a water-soluble emulsion. Then use water with the high-pressure machine, if water temperature can maintain 50 - 60 degree, then cleaning performance result can be achieved.
If the ship hold surface is contaminated with oil, fat and other greasy deposits then simply spray cold wash ( or RXSOL ORG3, more powerful ) on surface area and leave to get dissolved fully. Then after 20 minutes to 1 Hrs apply water with high-pressure machine And if solution temperature can maintain 50 - 60 degree, then cleaning performance can be increased.
Note::: After spot cleaning of pet coke, Entire hold should be wash with alkaline high foam detergent cleaner RX TUFF High foam. ( http://www.rxmarine.com/rx-tuff-high-foam )

RX Tuff Extra foam Cleaning detergent effectively cleans coal dust and powder from hold surface area by using simple either by high pressure/ low pressure machine. But if question come to load for clear cargo like urea then one tricky option is most common by experienced person. First of all mix water with RX Tuff High Foam (A = 1 Ltr RX Tuff High Foam and 10 Ltrs Water ) Then use equal proprtion of Stabilized sodium Hypo chlorite in to the " A " solution to make " B " solution. Then follow general Cleaning Tips -
The hold cleaning process can be made easy by adopting these 3 steps-
First of all clean entire area by dry sweeping, this will not only helps to get cargo ready fast but also helps to reduce cleaner quantity requirements.
Then apply " B " chemical cleaner to reacts or neutralised residue content.
Finally high-pressure water wash will help to get optimum results.
