Lube Oils Cleaner easily handles complex grease deposits

Lube Oils Cleaner is one such multipurpose product that can effectively handle different simple as well as complex contaminations and grease deposits. There are generally two ways of using Lube Oils Cleaner. In the manual cleaning system for the separator and machinery parts, a solution of 5-20% concentration is to be prepared, depending upon the contamination of the tan and the equipment.  The solution needs to be kept for a minimum of 2 hours to effect on both oil and lime.  After the elapsed time, the tank or the equipment needs to be cleaned with high pressure rinsing or brushing.

Another method for cleaning in place of separator requires a solution of 20% concentration to be prepared if lube oil separator is to be cleaned. For cleaning of fuel oil separator, a stronger solution of 10% is to be made.  A recommended cleaning temperature of 70-90 degree centigrade would make the cleaning effective. A continuous cleaning cycle that would last from 1-3 hours depending upon the contamination level and character is advised. For hard deposits, the cleaning process can be repeated with a new cleaning fluid.
