Effective Rig Wash Powder

Rig Wash Powder (RXSOL-16-1044-007) is an effective degreaser used in cleaning of heavy industrial equipment, pumps, engines, tools, tanks and floors.  It can be safely used with both fresh water and salt water. It has a special formulation that helps in effectively cleaning any painted or metal surface, compressors, trucks and practically all types of machinery. The powder is a highly concentrated biodegradable product that meets the equipment and heavy machinery cleaning needs of industries and oil fields.  It has powerful emulsifying properties and gently yet effectively solubilizes oil, grease and grime so that the emulsion can be washed away with water without any hassle. The product does not leave behind any residue.

The formulation contains emulsifiers, softening agents and fragrances that are mild enough to leave behind a pleasant smell. It has corrosion fighters that fight against rust even after cleaning. Rig Wash powder can be used in both hot and cold water. It can be used in concentrated form or in dilution with water. Additional kerosene or suitable solvent can be added if there is a considerable amount of grease. It has low alkalinity which does not harm any painted or rubber surface. It does not contain any caustic or abrasive substances thus leaving the surface clean and smooth. The powder may also be used as a steam cleaning compound as well as in washing machines to clean highly soiled work wear. When used in oilfield it proves to be a high sudsing formulation cutting even the toughest soils from surfaces and equipment. The powder can be mixed with water to form a foamy solution which can be used as an immersion bath or mopped on floor or sprayed on equipment. The product needs to be kept for a time of at least 20-30 minutes to as an emulsifier and dissolve all grease. After the time has elapsed, the surface or the equipment needs to be washed with ample water.
