Application:
To prepare a FDA stock solution 5 mg of fluorescein diacetate is dissolved in 1 ml acetone. 2,5 ml cell culture medium is cooled on ice. 50 ml of the FDA stock solution is added and this diluted FDA solution is stored on ice.
