Application:
A dye used in microscopic or electron microscopic examination of cells and tissues to give contrast and to highlight particular features of interest, such as nuclei and cytoplasm. A fluorescent dye used to stain biological specimens.
Using Procedure:
Dissolve 0.5 g of Bismarck Brown Y dye in 80 ml of absolute ethanol Mix with 20 ml of hydrochloric acid, 1% aqueous solution .
